This page lists every company that processes patient health information for Dental Scribe: the dictation, and the text made from it. Each has signed a HIPAA business associate agreement with Soulware Studio. Each keeps nothing: it discards the information as soon as it has processed it, and doesn't use it to train its models. Dental Scribe sends the information to these companies directly from your office's computer, over an encrypted connection, not through Soulware's servers.

We update this page before a new company receives patient information. Our Business Associate Agreement, section 3.4, refers to this list, and so does our Privacy Policy.

Everyone else

Our other service providers (cloud hosting, file storage, sign-in, email, and payments) don't receive patient health information. They are listed in our Privacy Policy.
